1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Blockxrp Node application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. This represents a legally binding contract between you, the individual user, and Blockxrp Node. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the platform.
2. Your Account
To access personal productivity features like our task manager and private notes, you must create an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Blockxrp Node is built for individual use; you agree not to share your account access with third parties.
3. User Content
You retain full ownership over any data, text, or files you upload or create within Blockxrp Node. We do not claim any ownership rights over your content. However, by using the service, you grant us a limited license to host and store your data strictly for the purpose of providing the service to you.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use Blockxrp Node for any illegal activities, including but not limited to: uploading malicious software, infringing on intellectual property rights, or attempting to breach our security infrastructure. We reserve the right to audit account activity should we suspect a violation of these terms.
5. Service Limitations and Modifications
Blockxrp Node is provided "as is." We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify features or discontinue specific services with 30 days' notice of material changes.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blockxrp Node shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the past 12 months.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action must be brought in the courts located in Denver, CO.
